Very Good

The hotel is quite new and the staff was super kind. The pool was ok and the rooftop bar was nice as well. The room was big and clean.

The breakfast was the only thing we really didn't like. Only one choice and without a buffet..which means that every morning you have to wait 20 minutes so that the staff prepare the meal. Anyway, the staff was super kind, and with some 'fighting' they allowed us to have some changes to the provided breakfast (we took pancakes or waffles instead of eggs and sausages).

Great place for medium budget travellers

Atmosphere is relaxed, staff are great. Supermarket close. Microwave and plates available in case you want to bring your own food

Rooms and towels were clean, restaurant a little less. Not within walking distance of the old town

nice room, bathroom and great relaxing pool

standard breakfast was nice, but same thing every day. Other specialties (pancakes, ...) were extras. Some of the personnel should be able to speak a little bit better English. Certainly when they're behind the desk as a contact point for tourists

Chill, welcoming and a vibrant community

The common area is splendid, especially the pool area and the rooftop bar, it's perfect place to unwind during your holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly, they helped upgrade our room because the room were overbooked.

The location is a bit far from the city central, but it give us a pleasant quiet stay instead.

Stylish comfort in the heart of Santitham

Location, cleanliness, ate there and it was excellent

Non carpeted hallways means noise late at night when people return to rooms. Otherwise it was quiet

Good hotel!

The hotel itself is very good, with everything you need, a comfortable bed and a clean room. The staff is helpful. I appreciate the coworking space downstairs. Nice pool to hang out there.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not nice, there's no good restaurant around, and I was ordering delivery food almost every day. I didn't even like the hotel breakfast.

Good stay In Chiang mai, would stay again.

We liked the set up of the restaurant and pool area , was nice to relax in and good atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful with booking tours. Complimentary water /juice was great and handy that you could also buy snack etc from the hotel and use their coffee shop. Beds were very comfy and rooms had everything we needed. Lots of good food places around the hotel.

Restaurant doesn't offer dinner - this could have been useful on evenings you don't want to venture out. Bathroom ceiling is low and unpractical layout. If you have just showered then everything is then wet to walk across to use the sink. Shower was also cold every time. Bit of a walk to main attractions but not a big issue.

Perfect Chiang Mai Stay

The staff are so AMAZING! They are available 24h and are so helpful with everything from getting around, laundry, taking care of your luggage and booking tours (which they would even go as far as comparing prices for you and booking hotel pickups). The pool is nice, the co-working space is perfect if you need to work (stable and fast internet) and the location is great. Rooms are good, and you literally have everything you need there. Book ISTY for the perfect vacation with a good price.

Good value for money and very helpful female staff and cleaners very good

The female staff at the desk were exallent very helpful and the breakfast was very good

Defined recommend for someone to come to work or for leisure!

I think this is one of the best experiences I had with staying in a Hotel in Thailand! We came to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying 5 night to finish some work. The room was nice and cozy. I liked the fact that was situated on the ground floor and I could open the window to go out. The AC was good and the bed comfortable. Another thing to mention is the fact that they had Cacao, Coffee, Tea and Juice available for free all day long. As we mostly stay in to work, that was really helpful. The Wi-Fi is very good and fast. The staff are really nice and helpful. The environment is perfect for working but also for leisure. We used the pool a few times and it was good. They have breakfast available every morning and from what I saw from other people it looked good. I didn’t tried because as a vegan I didn’t quite like what they had available, but that wasn’t a problem for me. I tried the coffee from the coffee shop and it was tasty.

As a recommendation: some curtains have stains and looked a bit over used, so maybe some renovation would be beneficial. And working a bit on cleaning the table area, sometimes the tables were sticky.

Excellent simple hotel with excellent team

We extended our stay twice in this hotel. It has a nice energy, friendly staff, good swimming pool, good wifi, excellent housekeeping, quiet room, and good location. We would visit again.

The swimming pool was closed for two days but they had another hotel nearby so we could swim there.

Good place to stay for digital nomad

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I stayed only for a very short trip and the hotel had everything I needed. Wifi was fast and reliable for work. They also have a dedicated working area downstairs which is great because the rooms are not so inspiring to work in :)
